Runo Hotel Porvoo

We recently stayed at Runo Hotel for our anniversary, and it was a lovely experience. The cozy atmosphere and beautiful design caught our attention right away. The staff, particularly MaiJa and Minna, provided excellent service that made our stay special. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed relaxing in the charming attic sauna. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the bus station, making it easy to explore the area.

I had an amazing Christmas stay at this cozy boutique hotel! It's perfectly located in the heart of the old town, making it super easy to explore all the charming streets and shops. The breakfast was delicious, featuring local specialties, and I loved the warm sauna on the rooftop-it was a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing!

One minor issue was parking; all spots were taken when I arrived, so I ended up parking a short walk away. Plus, the A/C in my room didn’t seem to turn off completely, which was a bit annoying. though, I had a fantastic experience!

my recent stay in porvoo was made even more enjoyable by the staff at runo hotel. their accommodating and helpful nature exceeded my expectations. the medium-sized room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. the hotel's location in the center of porvoo was also very convenient.

more storage options for clothing in the room would have been helpful.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the historic town and surrounded by great restaurants. Our room was beautifully furnished with excellent attention to detail. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, leaving a special birthday note for my partner and even providing a dog bed and treats for our pup. the sauna on the top floor was exceptional and definitely worth a visit.

The weak tasting tea and coffee at breakfast was a bit disappointing.

The hotel had a great central location and was beautifully decorated with attention to detail. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and happy to offer advice on places to visit. The breakfast was excellent and included locally sourced products. Rooms included thoughtful amenities, like a sparkling water maker and a water boiler.

the blackout curtains didn't fit properly, and the bathroom light turned off while showering. The refrigerator in the room was also noisy.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel's location right in the historic center was perfect as we could easily walk to nearby restaurants. The cleanliness of our room was excellent with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff was helpful in providing us with information about transportation around this city. the breakfast was delicious and had an egg dish on the house!

We had a really great stay here in this venue. The location right in the historic center of Porvoo was perfect, with a variety of restaurants just steps away. The service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to make our visit smooth and comfortable. We especially appreciated the airport shuttle service, which made getting to and from the hotel a breeze. The room itself was elegantly furnished and had a nice calm vibe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also enjoyed the sauna department, which was top-notch. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

They went out of their way to make my partner's 30th birthday special with a personalized note in our room. The fact that the hotel is dog-friendly and even provided a dog bed and treats for our furry companion, Lola, was another major plus. The beautiful decor and prime location added to the overall charm of the hotel. The breakfast offered a delicious selection, although the cost was slightly underwhelming. Nonetheless, the perfect cleanliness and comfort of the room made up for it. The newly renovated building and excellent service at the reception were also noteworthy. The only minor downside was the size of the large room, not as spacious as advertised. the bar service could have been better, as we were not checked on for additional drinks.

Great hotel breakfast, calm atmosphere, beautiful sauna & lounge facilities, minimal artificial scents, natural scented soaps. Staff accommodating and helpful, relaxing and spacious room with great features, convenient location.
